Judge Wendy Morton of Phoenix; moronic bully
The state of Arizona presented Wendy Morton with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from WidenerUniversityLawSchool.
The Judicial Commission found Wendy guilty of the following misconduct
-
Failed to act in a way promoting confidence in the judiciary
-
Failed to be patient, dignified, and courteous towards litigant
-
Failed to be candid and honest with judicial commission (Up Yours, said Wendy!)
-
Improperly accepted testimony at a hearing
-
Violated litigant’s due process rights re: notice
-
Issued arrest warrant via depriving litigant of constitution rights to notice
-
Refused to vacate improper arrest warrant on 4 occasions
As we speak (ca. September 2014) Wendy continues to sit as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge in Phoenix, Arizona.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Wendy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
