Judge Fred Peterson of Snowflake, AZ; lying loser

Freddy succeeded in duping the voters in the Snowflake are into electing him as a Judge on the Snowflake Justice Court in 1995.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly issued delayed rulings
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Conduct substantially and negatively impacted court staff

In order to conceal his delayed rulings, Freddy found it acceptable to backdate court orders so that his rulings would not appear to be delayed. Put simply, Freddy falsified court records.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Freddy continues to sit as the Judge of the Snowflake Justice Court in Snowflake, Arizona.
