Judge Butch Gunnels of St. Johns, AZ; foul mouthed loser

In one matter, Butch was involved in an accident while driving his motorcycle. When the police arrived he was very abusive and used the “F” word on numerous occasions.

Riding on the back of Butch’s motorcycle was a woman who was on intensive probation on felony convictions in Apache County and who had appeared before him in various criminal matters.

The convicted felon was prohibited from being in the county at the time due to the terms of her probation, a fact well known to Butch.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Butch by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Butch the Loser remains sitting as a Justice Court Judge on the St. Johns Justice Court in St. Johns, Arizona.
