Judge Jessica Quickle of Parker, AZ; bullying loser

The State of Arizona provided Jessica Quickle with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Quickle guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to be patient and courteous to litigants, jurors, and witnesses
  • Failed to act dignified when dealing with lawyers, court staff, court officials, and other with whom she dealt with in her official capacity
  • Engaged in improper demeanor both on and off the bench
  • Became upset that parties and lawyers for a scheduled matter had been allowed into the courtroom prior to a designated time
  • Yelled at a clerk that the parties/lawyers early for a schedule matter were not to be in the courtroom until a designated time
  • Deliberately slammed office door after confronting the elected clerk of court Megan Spielman about early arrival of attorneys and parties into her so-called courtroom
  • Judge Quickle was heard by court employees yelling at Ms. Spielman regarding the early arrival
  • At least six court employees confirmed incidents wherein Judge Quickle engaged in a pattern of yelling or using an angry, rapid-fire tone with individuals during the time she was on the bench
  • Court employees felt disrespected by Judge Quickle’s conduct and the tension in the court due to her unbecoming behavior

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Judge Quickle by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2021), Judge Quickle continues to dispense her so-called version of jurisprudence as a La Paz County Superior Court judge in Parker, Arizona.
