Judge Concepcion Bracamonte of Patagonia, AZ; ethical troll

The state of Arizona provided Michael P. Pollard with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of Houston School of Law.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Pollard guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the independence, integrity, and
  • impartiality of the judiciary
  • Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
  • Abused the prestige of his judicia office to advance his personal or economic interests or other, or allowed others to do so
  • Failed to accord every person who has a legal interest in a proceeding, or that person’s lawyer, the right to be heard according to law (aka, due process)
  • Failed to uphold and apply the law (scofflaw)
  • Failed to perform all duties of a judicial office fairly and impartially
  • Failed to disqualify himself when disqualification was mandated

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Concepcion by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Judge Bracamonte continues to practice her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Patagonia Municipal Court judge in Patagonia, Arizona.
