Arizona’s 2017: Judicial Ivory Soap Purity Ratings = 99.2%

If you, a loved one and/or a friend believe you’ll need to have a legal matter adjudicated in a court in District or Superior court and/or an appellate court in Alaska, I have good news for you.

Arizona has 29 appellate/supreme court judges, 180 superior court judges/magistrates, 154 municipal court judges/magistrates and part-time judges and 88 justice of the peace judges for a total of 451 judges.

Out of the 451 Arizona judges, a total of four (4) were found to have engaged in unethical and/or incompetent conduct which resulted in 1 censure and 3 reprimands. Unbelievably, the comedians and dyed-in-the-wool enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct could not discover even one (1) judge that was deserving to be removed from his/her judicial office.

The above magical statistics results in an Ivory Soap Purity Rating (ISPR) of 99.2% for the Arizona Judiciary. This means that if there were 113 Arizona judges sitting in one room you’d only be able to find one (1) bad judge out of that group.

Now let’s compare California’s Purity Rating to that of some of its neighbors, which area as follows.

  • Alaska: 69 judges – 0 bad judges Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 100.00%
  • California: 295 judges – 5 bad judges = Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 99.7%
  • Nevada: 187 judges – 6 bad judges = Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 96.3%
  • Washington: 552 judges – 6 bad judges = Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 98.8%

The bottom line here boys and girls is if you are going to be involved in litigation any time soon and you live in Arizona, ask your lawyer if you can’t have the case moved to the Superior Court in Anchorage.
