The state of Ohio provided Timothy Seymour Black with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

It should be noted that this isn’t Timmy’s 1st bite at the Judicial Misfit

Former Gov. Jane Hull was duped into appointing Johnny as a Maricopa County Superior Court judge in 2001. Johnny didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Phoenix area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Told defendant at sentencing hearing he should have “dumbass” engraved on his forehead
• Failed to act courteously and dignified when dealing with parties appearing before him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Johnny continues to sit as a Maricopa County Superior Court judge in Phoenix, Arizona.
