Judge Celé Hancock of Prescott, AZ; arrogant loser

The state of Arizona presented Celé Hancock with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Hancock guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in inappropriate courtroom demeanor
• Conducted hearing w/o notice to husband and ex-wife
• Failed to be patient and courteous to litigants
• Failed to act with integrity and impartiality
• Told custody petitioners “I don’t give a crap about any of you”

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Judge Hancock by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
