Judge Rachel Carillo of Phoenix; moronic loser

The Judicial Commission found Rachel guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to perform judicial duties fairly and impartially
• Lack of competence of due process rights (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Violated litigants due process rights to be heard
• Failed to conduct trial when required to so act

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Rachel by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Rachel continues to sit as a West McDowell Justice of the Peace in Phoenix, Arizona.
