Supreme Court Justice John Kenneth Stephen; sympathizer for Judicial Misfits
Kenneth Stephen was presented with a law license by the Nebraska Supreme Court in 1972 after graduating from Nebraska University School of Law.
Justice Stephen has been sitting on the Nebraska Surpeme Court since 1997.
When the misconduct case of Judge Richard Krepela of Madison came before the court, Justice Stephen voted to punish Krepela by gifting him with a six month suspension. For a review of Judge Krepela’s egregious misconduct, go to the URL listed at the end of this article.

If Justice Stephen wasn’t a practicing wasn’t a practicing apologist for Judicial Misfits in Nebraska, Judge Richard Krepela would be working as a greeter at Sam’s Club rather than sitting on the bench in Madison.
