Judge Thomas Alley of Bethany MO; bullying loser

The State of Missouri provided Thomas R. Alley with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.

The Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline of Judges found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly interfered in two criminal cases
• Acted angrily or rudely to several people during court proceedings

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Tommy continues to sit as a Harrison County Associate Circuit Court Judge in Bethany, Missouri.
