Michigan’s 2019 Judicial Ivory Soap Ethics Rating = 99.65%

Ivory Soap advertises a purity rating of 99.44%. In the Michigan judicial system, there are 878 judges practicing throughout the state. For the year 2019, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission and the Michigan Supreme Court handed out the following complimentary sanction against one (1) judge for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

  • 1 = number ofcensures
  • 1 = number of suspensions
  • 1 = number of removals

This laughable finding by the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission and the Michigan Supreme Court means that Michigan has a 99.65% Ivory Soap Purity rating for 2018 is preposterous in that it indicates the near impossibility of finding a dishonest or incompetent attorney.

This would mean that if all 355 Judges attended a conference at the International Banquet & Conference Center at 40 Monroe Street in Detroit with a seating capacity of 900, it’d be nearly impossible to locate the 1 unethical judge even if he raised both of his hands.

And lastly, the folks in Michigan are incredibly lucky to say the least to have a judiciary that is as honest and competent as the Judicial Qualifications Commission findings would have us believe.
