Former Judge William Greenaway of Noblesville, IN; convicted druggie

The state of Indiana presented William Paul Greenaway with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Indiana.

The Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a Magistrate Judge for the Hamilton County Superior Court.

  • Convicted of possession methamphetamine
  • Convicted of resisting arrest
  • Attempted to hide evidence by swallowing a bag of methamphetamine
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Rather than wait for the Indiana Supreme Court to order his removal from the bench, Billy did what any ethical loser would do, he resigned.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Billy practices his brand of law at 16455 Cumberland Road in Noblesville, Indiana.
