Judge Geoff Robison of New Haven, IN; serial scofflaw

First and foremost, it should be noted that Geoff has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past 30 years (1998 thru 2018). If it weren’t for a government check, he may well have been relegated to working as a bartender at JK O’Donnell’s in downtown Fort Wayne.

The Commission on Judicial Qualifications has charged Geoff with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Illegally allowed juveniles to resolve cases through a deferral program
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to obtain the authorization of the Allen County prosecutor’s office prior to illegally resolving juvenile cases
• Improperly used prosecutor’s stamp to illegally adjudicate deferral matters
• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Improperly took on the position of prosecutor
• Dismissed cases with prejudice thereby prohibiting prosecutor form pursing said cases after Geoff illegally dismissed them and/or subjected them to a deferral process
• Failed to perform his duties fairly and impartially

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Geoff by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Geoff continues to sit as a New Haven City Court judge in New Haven, Indiana.
