Judge William E. Young of Indianapolis; Il Duce Wannabee, certified idiot

To the anticipated chagrin of the citizens of Indianapolis, Judge William Young was appointed to the bench in 2001.

This certified loser and idiot (my apologies to losers and idiots) has clearly dedicated his judicial career to the total avoidance of compliance with the oath of office he took in 2001. In fact, the evidence clearly proves that he’s done a bang-up job in so acting.

Recently, the Indian Judicial Qualifications Commission filed four (4) ethics charges against Judge Young for his conduct in acting as a certified Judicial Misfit.

The Commission accused Judge Young of consistently “imposing substantially higher penalties against traffic court litigants who chose to have trials and lost” and routinely making statements “implying that litigants should not demand trials and would be penalized if they lost.” (Channel 6 NEWS – Indianapolis)

In December 2009, a lawsuit was filed against Judge Young due to his Il Duce conduct in imposing an additional $500 fine if they contested their cases and lost and up to $2,500 if they had the audacity to challenge their parking tickets.

This Il Duce Wannabee was obviously engaged in extortion by threatening to impose a $2,500 fine if a citizen had the temerity to challenge a $20 parking ticket.

Defense attorney Paul Ogden said, “You can’t punish someone for their day in court, you can’t punish someone for exercising their constitutional right.” Mr. Ogden is obviously right, but he apparently fails to appreciate the fact that Judge Young believes he is “God” and that nobody, and I mean nobody can question his dictatorial edicts.

In one case involving a woman who had the chutzpah to challenge her ticket, the Judicial Commission asserted that Il Duce “exhibited impatience and made sarcastic remarks” when she couldn’t decide whether to accept a plea bargain. Subsequently, the Indiana Supreme Court reversed her conviction, ruling that Judge Young’s behavior did not meet the ethical standards required by the Indiana Code of Judicial Conduct.

Judge William Young’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defenses

Il Duce defended his conduct by telling 6News that defendants had better be prepared before entering his court. Hmmm, wonder how the People’s Court became the sole property of Il Duce! I suspect “being prepared” to appear before Il Duce would have mandated that a litigant purchase an “inversed chastity belt.”

Il Duce went on to say “What I’m trying to have people stop doing is playing Russian roulette, or throwing the dice, if you will.” I see Il Duce – throwing the dice in your so-called court means that you’ve already determined the outcome before hearing any evidence, right Mr. Loser?

To be fair to Judge William Young, there likely was a justifiable reason for him denying litigants their constitutional right to a trial, which would unduly impose on Il Duce’s time valuable time. Those valid reasons likely include any of the following:
  • Less time for Il Duce to spend surfing for porn on the court’s computer
  • Receiving lap dances at Club Venus on W. 16th Street in downtown Indianapolis
  • Playing the slot machines at Hoosier Park Casino in Anderson
  • Commiserating with like minded gay judges at the 501 Eagle Club in downtown Indianapolis
Time will only tell if the Judicial Commission possesses the gonads to toss the buffoon off the bench. If not, then it will be left to the justices of the Indiana Supreme Court to so act.

Put simply, Il Duce does not deserve to sit in judgment of anyone in the greater Indianapolis area.
