Judge Sean Hatfield of Wichita, KS; lying loser

The state of Kansas provided Sean Michael Andrew Hatfield with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law.

FYI: Former Gov. Jeff Colyer was duped into appointing Sean as a District Court judge in 2019. Sean didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Wichita area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The Kansas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Sean guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act in a manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Engaged in conduct that compromised independence of the judiciary
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in impropriety and/or the appearance of impropriety
• Improperly used court staff, facilities, or other court resources his campaign for judicial office
• Knowingly, or with reckless disregard for the truth, made a false or misleading statement relating to his campaign for judicial office
• Displayed campaign flyer with his dog on the bench

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Sean by issuing a laughable cease and desist order from future activity in violation of the Code of Judicial Conduct.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Sean continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as an 18^th Judicial District Court judge in Wichita, Kansas.
