Former Judge Frank Yeoman Jr. of Topeka, KS; sexual harasser

The state of Alabama presented Frank J. Yeoman Jr. with a law license in 1973 after she graduated from Washburn University School of Law.  

The Kansas Commission on Judicial Qualifications found Judge Yeoman guilty of the following misconduct.

• Harassed female colleagues
• Swatted a court reporter on the buttocks
• Massaged the shoulders and neck of another court reporter
• Put his hands on a court reporter’s waist
• Provided significant gifts to women at the courthouse
• Pursued personal relationships with women judges and court reporters

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Judge Yeoman by gifting hi, with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Frankie currently practices law in Topeka, Kansas.
