Judge Emery Toth of Perth Amboy, NJ; cheating loser

The state of New Jersey presented Emery Z. Toth with a law license in 1974.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics has charged Judge Toth with engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place prior to him ascending to the bench.

• Failed to disclose conflict of interest to clients
• Charged excessive fees (thief) in widow’s estate case
• Encouraged widow to loan $800,000 to woman who is the mother of his child without advising the widow of the relationship
• Overcharged widow while pursuing insurance claim in her husband’s death
• Collected $80,000 in fees for performing minimal services when he collected the double indemnity payment from the insurance carrier on widow’s behalf
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Emery by the enablers for Attorney and Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Emery continues to sit as a Municipal Court judge in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
