The Judicial Conduct Commission charged Judge Corwin with the following misconduct.
Corwin’s then court reporter accused him of sexually harassment and of creating a hostile work environment.
The State Court Administrator’s Office investigated last spring the claims that Corwin had created a hostile work environment in repeated attempts to communicate with the woman, who he had hoped to have an affair with, the judge admitted to investigators.
The court reporter interpreted conversations with Corwin as attempts to intimidate her because she refused to go along with his advances.
All that’s left now is to see if the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Pennyslvvania Supreme Court have the courage to impose the required sanction against Corwin.
If things go as they have in the past, Corwin will likely receive a complimentary reprimand from the comedians sitting on the Supreme Court.
