Magistrate Judge Andrew LeFever of Lancaster, PA; ethical troll

The state of Pennsylvania provided Andrew T. LeFeverwith a law license in 2014 after he graduated from Duquesne University School of Law.

The Judicial Conduct Commission found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in improper political campaigning
• Met at Molly’s Pub and Carry Out for campaign event with other candidates seeking nomination for non-judicial public office
• Publicly endorsed or opposed candidates for public office
• Failed to act at all times in a manner consistent with the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary
• Violated Pennsylvania Constitution by engaging in prohibited activity

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Andy continues to dispense his idea of jurisprudence as a Magisterial 2^nd Juridical District Court judge in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
