The state of Pennsylvania provided Robert Langston Williams with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel appointed Bobby as a member of the Disciplinary Board in July 2018 even though there were many, many more qualified and/or ethical individuals available in the greater Pittsburgh area.

In one matter, Judge Repard was assigned to rule on convicted felon Robert Williams application to have his law license reinstated. For facts setting forth Williams’ egregious criminal conduct, visit the URL listed at the end of this article.

Judge Repard then provided the following laughable testimony in support of Williams’ application for reinstatement of his law license.

• He is moral
• He is competent
• His reinstatement will not present a danger to the public, or harm the integrity and standing of the bar (what integrity?)
• He has demonstrated clearly and convincingly that he is fit to practice law

Hopefully, Williams or his designated Toady have taken steps to reimburse Judge Repard for the costs he incurred in purchasing a tube of Industrial Strength Chapstick.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Bobby practices continues to sit as a Tioga County Magisterial District Judge in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania.
