Former Judge Richard Neville of Chicago; bigoted loser

The state of Illinois presented Richard Neville with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from DePaul University of California Hastings School of Law. Dick also received a license to practice in California in 1990.

After retiring, Dick went on the mediation/arbitration tour by hooking up with JAMS in Chicago. Based on his conduct as a JAMS arbitrator and mediator, the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) is calling for a review of discrimination cases overseen by Dick who shared a racist email with a list of 39 people.

According to NEL, Dick’s racist misconduct is as follows.

• Post shared by Dick argued that people “taken from the jungles of African” can’t be integrated into U.S. society.”
• The Post went on to content that Black and white people “differ intellectually and temperamentally.”
• The posting ended with the conclusion that “white frustration could soon reach the boiling point.”

While employed by various attorneys to act as a mediator and/or arbitrator, Dick had the chutzpah to bill them as much as $600 an hour, which is approximately $450 more then he was or is worth.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the JAMS office in Chicago severed ties with Dick.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Dick practices his so-called brand of law in Chicago.
