Judge Walter Fullerton of St. Petersburg, FL; misogynistic loser

The state of Florida presented with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Emory University Law School.

Judge Fullerton has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-three (33) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater St. Petersburg area was about to offer Walter a good paying job.

In one matter, Judge Fullerton was assigned to hear the domestic violence case involving Harry Lee Butler and his victim Leslie Fleming.

As a consequence of Butler’s violent history, police requested that Judge Fullerton set a high bond, which he refused to do. In fact, Fullerton set the bond at a measly $3,000, which allowed for Butler to get out of jail by posting $300 in cash.

Two days after Butler received a get-out-of-jail pass from Judge Fullerton, he was arrested for murdering Ms. Fleming with a sharp edged weapon.

At the time of the murder, Ms. Fleming’s daughters, ages 2, 4, and 6, were in her apartment when her body was discovered.

This is what you can expect when political hacks ascend to the bench. And it even gets worse when the hack is a practicing misogynist.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Walter continues to sit as a Pinellas County Court Judge in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
