Judge Gisele Pollack of Ft. Lauderdale; drunken loser

The state of Florida presented Gisele Pollack with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Judicial Qualifications Commission found Judge Pollack guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly ascended to the bench while drunk
• Acted erratically while holding court
• So drunk that fellow Judge had to assist her in walking
• Found guilty of driving while intoxicated (DUI)
• Involved in accident causing injures to others while driving drunk
• Intentionally broke promise to not take the bench when she was drunk

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Gisele by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension from her judicial position.

As we speak (ca. August 2014), Gisele continues to sit as a Broward County Judge in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
