Judge Patricia Kinsey of Pensacola; serial scofflaw
The state of Florida presented Patricia Ann Kinsey with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Florida State University of Miami Law School.
The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

Exhibited total disrespect for the law

Engaged in a pattern of campaign activity misconduct

Failed to uphold the integrity/independence of the judiciary

Failed to comply with the law

Knowingly distributed numerous campaign ads that were egregious in misrepresenting the truth

Failed to perform judicial duties w/o bias or prejudice

Failed to be faithful to the law

Authorized or knowingly permitted another person to do for her what she as a judicial candidate was prohibited from doing

Improperly made pledges, promises, or commitments that were inconsistent with the impartial performance of the adjudicate duties of her judicial office

Knowingly misrepresented the identity, qualifications, present position or other fact concerning her qualification and/or that of her opponent
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and a $50,000 fine.
As we speak (ca. March 2018), Patty continues to sit as a 1st Judicial Circuit Court judge in Pensacola, Florida.
