Judge Yvonne Colodny of Miami; ethical goblin

The state of Florida presented Yvonne Colodny with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from Florida State University Law School.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Exhibited total disrespect/contempt for the law
• Falsely listed $125,000 campaign contributions as loans she made, when in fact those funds were made by her father
• Loans from father violated lawful contribution limits
• Failed to comply with the law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Yvonne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and a $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Yvonne continues to sit as a 11^th judicial circuit, criminal division in Miami, Florida.
