Judge Phillip Yacucci Jr. of Ft. Pierce, FL; arrogant loser

The state of Florida presented Phillip James Yacucci with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission has charged Judge Yacucci with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to disqualify himself from presiding over a case when disqualification was required
• Denied motion to remove himself from cases involving an attorney who was his political opponent and whom he had filed civil lawsuits against

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Andy by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Philip continues to sit as a St. Lucie County judge in Fort Pierce, Florida.
