Judge Mark Hulsey III of Jacksonville, FL; potty mouth racist

The State of Florida presented Mark Hulsey III with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Judicial Qualifications Commission found Judge Hulsey guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter involving a discussion with a staff attorney, Judge Hulsey said black people should “go get back on a ship and go back to Africa.

In another matter Mark the Bigot is accused of referring to a staff attorney as a “bitch,” and another derogatory term [starts with the letter “C”] for a woman.

In yet another matter Mark ordered his judicial assistant to perform personal tasks for him. Of course this personal work would have taken place while the assistant was on the public payroll.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mark by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Mark continues to sit as a Duval County Circuit Court judge in Jacksonville, Florida.
