Judge James Browning of Bronson, FL; apologist for convicted Perv

The state of Florida provided James T. Browning with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

In one matter, Jimmy decided it was acceptable to testify as a “character witness” on behalf former Assistant State Attorney William Ezzell of Gainesville to have his law license reinstated. Ezzell pled no contest to video voyeurism, a felony in the third-degree.

In his testimony on behalf of the Perv’s effort to have his law license reinstated, Jimmy laughingly stated: 

• Holds him in high regards [compared to what?]
• Recommended him for a judicial position [Say what?]
• Knows how to deal with women and make them feel comfortable [but not if their undressed in a tanning salon]

Hopefully, the Perv reimbursed Jimmy for the costs he incurred in purchasing a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads for him to use while testifying on his behalf.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Jimmy continues to sit as Circuit Court judge in Bronson, Florida.
