Sr. Judge Jon I. Gordon of Miami; idiotic loser

The State of Florida presented Jon I. Gordon with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Judicial Qualifications Commission found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

While serving as a Senior visiting Superior Court judge on the 11^th Circuit Court in Miami, Judge Gordon was assigned to preside over the case of a lawsuit filed against Carnival Cruise Lines by a 14-year-old passenger who had a life threatening medical emergency.

When their daughter became seriously ill, the parents felt something was seriously wrong with her, and unlike Carnival’s onboard physician, they immediately disembarked and took her to a medical facility for a second opinion. Had it not been for the parents’ actions, the child would have died on Carnival’s cruise ship.

In a display of arrogant bliss, Judge Gordon had the chutzpah to rule against the child by dismissing her lawsuit. In his dismissal, Jon stated that Carnival was not liable for the conduct of the doctor they employed. Such a finding doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test.

Fortunately for the girl, the Court of Appeals overturned Jon’s asinine ruling.

This is exactly the kind of justice one receives when a retired loser like Judge Gordon is appointed by the Chief Justice to work as a retired visiting senior judge.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Jon the Moron continues to sit as a senior visiting judge on the 11^th Circuit Court in Miami, Florida.
