Judge Bo Bayer of Lake Butler, FL; promoter for convicted Pervs

The state of Florida provided Bo Bayer (BB) with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

In one matter,Bo decided it was acceptable to testify as a “character witness” on behalf former Assistant State Attorney William Ezzell of Gainesville to have his law license reinstated. Ezzell pled no contest to video voyeurism, a felony in the third-degree.

In his testimony on behalf of the Perv’s effort to have his law license reinstated, Bo laughingly stated: 

• Would call on the Perv for advice
• He’s well respected [not his female voyeur victims]
• I’m comfortable with him being reinstated [are you comfortable with him waltzing up to a tanning booth occupied by your wife Bo?]

Hopefully, the Perv reimbursed Bo for the costs he incurred in purchasing a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads for him to use while testifying on his behalf.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Bo continues to sit as a Union County judge in Lake Butler, Florida.
