Magistrate Judge Michael Schechterly of New Bloomfield, PA; disgusting pervert 

The state of Pennsylvania provided Michael E. Schechterly with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Duquesne University School of Law.

The Judicial Conduct Commission found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Charged with unlawful contact with a minor, third degree felony
• Charged with corruption of minors, first degree misdemeanor
• Charged with indecent assault of a child, first degree misdemeanor
• Conduct undermines public confidence in the judiciary (Pray tell!)
• Magisterial District Judge Jonathan R. Birbeck denied Mikey bail, reasoning that he is a danger to himself and the public

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ordered that Mikey be suspended from his judicial position “with pay.”

Mikey’s so-called suspension is in truth a taxpayer funder paid vacation wherein he will continue to receive his annual salary of $168,117.00.

All that remains now is to see how long it takes before Mikey plead guilty to shorten the amount of time he’ll be spending in prison and what if any punishment will be meted out to him in regards to his law license by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
