Judge Michael Hanuszczak of Syracuse, NY; perverted loser

The state of New York presented Michael Hanuszczak with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Buffalo School of Law.

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Kissed two court employees against their will
• Asked court employees for secret dates
• Discussed his marital problems with court employees
• Tried to persuade court employee to serve on a political campaign
• Lied about his behavior to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mikey!)
• Failed to conduct his extra-judicial activities so as to minimize the risk of conflict with his judicial obligations
• Failed to conduct his extra-judicial activities so that they did not detract from the dignity of judicial office
• Failed to perform the duties of judicial office impartially and diligently
• Failed to be dignified and courteous with individuals with whom he deals in an official capacity
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Lent the prestige of judicial office to advance his private interests
• Failed to maintain high standards of conduct so that the integrity and independence of the judiciary would
• be preserved

Rather than wait for a ruling from the Judicial Commission that would likely have led to his removal from the bench, Mikey took the cowards way out and resigned.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Mikey is awaiting a response regarding his pending application for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store at 64 38 Basile Rowe in East Syracuse, New York.
