Former Judge Paul Sucher of Ontario, NY; bigoted loser

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a Justice of the Ontario Town Court in Wayne County.

• Threatened the life an African American town employee who was in a romantic relationship with the Paulie’s Caucasian daughter
• Used a racial epithet when discussing the man on multiple occasions
• Repeatedly expressed views opposing interracial marriage

Rather than await a decision from the Judicial Commission that likely would have resulted in him being tossed off the bench, Paulie did what any coward would do, he resigned his judgeship in late 2021.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), it is rumored that Paulie has applied for a job as janitor at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 425 State Route 31 in Macedon, New York.
