New York’s 2018 Judicial Ivory Soap Purity Rating

Ivory Soap advertises a purity rating of 99.9%. In the New York judicial system, there are 3,350 judicial positions that come under the investigative authority of the Judicial Commission.

For the year 2018, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New York Judicial Commission handed out the following complimentary sanctions against nineteen (19) judges for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

  • 2 = number of removals
  • 2 = number of censures
  • 3 = number of admonitions
  • 12 = number of resignations with charges pending

This laughable finding by the Judicial Commission means that New York has a 99.9% Ivory Soap Purity rating for 2018 is preposterous in that it indicates the near impossibility of finding a dishonest or incompetent judge.

This would mean that if all 3,500 judges attended a Marist University soccer game at Tenney Stadium in Poughkeepsie with a seating capacity of 5,000, it’d be nearly impossible to locate the 19 unethical and/or incompetent judges even if they raised their hands in unison.

And lastly, the folks in New York are very lucky to say the least to have a judiciary that is as honest and competent as the Judicial Commission’s findings would have us believe.
