Judge Robert Dunlop of Chazy, NY; idiotic loser

The state of New York Commisssion on Judicial Conduct found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby violated a defendant’s due process rights when he accepted a guilty plea from a defendant whom he sentenced to serve 90 days in jail when the defendant was not represented by an attorney and was incapable of understanding the proceedings.

Apparently, Bobby is of the opinion that “due process” is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the am.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Commission punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Bobby continues to sit as a Justice of the Chazy Town Court, Clinton County in Chazy, New York.
