Judge Marie Roller of Millport Village, NY; ethical misfit

The state of New York Commisssion on Judicial Conduct found Marie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Marie failed to deposit and/or failed to require court staff to deposit thousands of dollars in court funds in timely manner.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Commission punished Marie by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Marie continues to sit as a Justice of the Millport Village Town Court, Chemung County in Millport Village, New York.
