Judge David Berger of Los Angeles; ethical dwarf

The state of California presented David Alan Berger with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

It should be noted that Davey has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-five (25) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Los Angeles area was about to offer her a good paying job.

The 2018 Judicial Elections Evaluation Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association gave the following evaluation as to the attributes Davey lacks to perform his judicial functions satisfactorily.

  • Integrity and character
  • Judgment and intellectual capacity
  • Fairness
  • Sufficient recent and relevant legal experience
  • Industry and diligence
  • Judicial temperament, including whether the candidate would be courteous and considerate of counsel, parties, witnesses, and jurors, and whether the candidate is even-tempered
  • Professional ability and knowledge of the law
  • Absence of health problems that affect the ability to serve as a judge
  • Positive professional reputation in the community

As you can see, Davey’s peers in the legal community find him to not be qualified to sit in judgment of anyone and that would likely include being a judge at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), David continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles, California.
