California’s 2019 Judicial Ivory Soap Ethics Rating = 99.75%

Ivory Soap advertises a purity rating of 99.75%. In the California Judicial system, there are 2,421 judges, commissioners and senior retired judges practicing throughout the state. For the year 2019, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the California Commission on Judicial Performance handed out the following complimentary sanctions against seven (7) judges and zero commissioners and senior judges for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

  • 4 = number of admonishments
  • 2 = number of censures
  • 1 = number of resignations with discipline pending

This laughable finding by the comedians sitting on the means that California’s Judicial Ivory Soap Purity rating of 99.75% for 2019 is preposterous in that it indicates the near impossibility of finding a dishonest or incompetent judge.

This would mean that if all 2,421 judges and commissioners attended a U.C. Davis Aggies baseball game in Davis, California with a seating capacity of 2,500 it would be virtually impossible to locate the seven (7) unethical  judges even if they shouted and waived their hands wildly.

Gosh and Gollies and Gee Whillickers, you folks in California are extremely fortunate to live in a state where almost 100% of your judges are Ethical and/or Intellectual Giants.
