Commissioner Joseph Gianquinto of Bakersfield, CA; serial bigot

The state of California presented Joseph John Gianquinto with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from San Fernando Valley College of Law in Woodland Hills, California.

It should be noted that San Fernando is a third/fourth rate school that takes in students that could not gain acceptance at mainstream schools such as USC, UCLA, UC Davis and/or the University of San Francisco.

The Commission on Judicial Performance found Judge Gianquinto guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in dozens of instances of misconduct by posting and reposting information on his public Facebook page that reflected, anti-Muslim sentiment, anti-immigration sentiment, anti-Native American sentiment, and anti-gay marriage sentiment
  • Posted on Facebook a position on controversial issues involving police officer shooting deaths
  • Stated that President Obama was trying to transform the U.S. of A from a Judeo-Christian nation into Islam
  • Displayed a total lack of respect for the federal justice system
  • Exhibited total contempt for the poor

Other outlandish statements attacking Hillary Clinton uttered by Joey on his Facebook page are as follows.

07/05/16 – “SHARE IF YOU ARE OUTRAGED HILLARY WON’T BE CHARGED BY THE FBI.”

07/05/16 – “IF YOU FEEL BETRAYED BY THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND THE FBI PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE.”

07/06/16 – “What would cause anyone to be depressed or disappointed over the Clinton thing?”

“If you paid any attention, you had to know from the outset that nothing was going to happen to her.”

“So, I have lost respect for the federal justice system, but I am not surprised.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Jimmy continues to sit as a County Superior Court Commissioner in Riverside, California.
