Judge Kirk Nakamura of Santa Ana; moronic boob

The state of California presented Kirk Haruo Nakamura with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Duke University Law School.

The California Commission on Judicial Performance found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Judge Nakamura was assigned to preside over a case involving trust distributions from the estate of Donald W. Callender’s widow. Donald founded the Callender restaurant chain and is recognized as one of the country’s first restaurant franchisors.

Donald sold the business in 1986 for $80 million, and created a trust for the benefit of his children. When he died in at 81, the trust was divided into three sub-trusts two for his children and one for his wife. The value of the trust at the time of Donald’s death was approximately $143 million.

During the pendency of the trust matter, Judge Nakamura reduced the one-third benefit of the trust payments to the two children. Subsequently, the court of appeals reversed Nakamura’s ignorant ruling. In its reversal, the appellate court ruled:

• “There was simply no basis for applying the changing-fraction method to the Trust.”
• “In fact, the trust and the circumstances surrounding its execution show just the opposite.”

The reversal by the appellate court proves that Judge Nakamura is a total Moron (my apologies to Morons) due to the fact that he utterly failed to apply the simple and specific language contained in the Donald Callender Trust.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Nakamura the Moron continues to sit as a Orange County Superior Court judge in Santa Ana, California.
