Judge Lisa Swenski of Elyria, OH; biased loser

The State of Ohio presented Lisa Irene Swensky with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law.

Plaintiff Benjamin P. Allen filed an affidavit of prejudice against Lisa wherein he claimed she engaged in the following misconduct in an ongoing divorce case.

• Judge Swenski destroyed relevant exhibits in the divorce matter
• Judge Swenski tampered with evidence central to the ongoing divorce case
• Engaged in biased conduct against the plaintiff

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Lisa continues to practice her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Lorain County Domestic Relations Judge in Elyria, Ohio.
