The state of Ohio presented Kim Browne with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from Ohio State University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Kimmy guilty of engaging in the following conduct.

• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary
• Failed to accord every person who has a legal interest in a proceeding, or that person’s lawyer, the right to be heard according to the law (aka, due process)
• Acted in a manner intended to coerce a party into agreeing to a settlement
• Forced a party to sign an entry regarding a pending divorce matter
• Made changes to agreement agreed to by both parties in a divorce matter without ever advising either of the parties of her conduct prior to filing the order with the clerk’s office

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Kimmy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Kimmy practices her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Franklin County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Judge in Columbus, Ohio.
