Attorney Ryan Claridge of Phoenix, AZ; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Ryan Patrick Claridge with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Ryan guilty of engaging in the following conduct.

  • Misconduct involved dishonest or selfish motive
  • Engaged in deceitful conduct
  • Violated duty owed to the legal profession
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to act fairly in dealings with opposing party or counsel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Ryan by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,200.00.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Ryan practices his so-called brand of law with the Claridge Law group at 7702 East Doubletree Ranch Road in Prescott, Arizona.
