Judge Wallace Bowman of Krum, TX; loser

The state of Texas provided Wallace Bowman with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Baylor University Law School.

Previously, Wallace was a Judge on the Criminal Court No. 4 in Tarrant County. While on the bench, the Judicial Commission filed the following misconduct charges against Wallace.

Wallace was criminally charged with public intoxication after he was caught with a woman who was nude from the waist down. Of course the nude woman wasn’t Wallace’s wife.

Fearful that he might loose a good paying job that didn’t require much work, Wallace sent out letters of apology to 1,000 Republican activists. He said in his letter that he accepted full responsibility for the incident. Don’t you get tired of hearing this crap from public officials after they get caught engaging is some type of misconduct?

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters of Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Wallace by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2012) Wallace practices law at 117 West McCart Street in Krum, Texas, with his primary practice located in Denton, Texas.

On his self-serving website at www.attorneybowman.com, Wallace doesn’t make any mention of being disciplined while serving as a Judge.
