Judge Clinton Wells, Jr. of Houston, TX; bullying loser
The state of Oklahoma provided Clinton E. Wells Jr. with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from South Texas University School of Law.
The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Clint guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Engaged in willful conduct clearly inconsistent with the proper performance of his duties or that casts public discredit upon the judiciary

Failed to require order and decorum in proceedings before him

Failed to be patient, dignified and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, and others who were unfortunate enough to have to appear in his so-called court

Failed to perform his judicial duties without bias or prejudice

Engaged in illegal ex parte (one-sided) communications

Expressed irritation at both sides’ lawyers, including slamming a book on the bench, erupting in anger, using a harsh and sarcastic tone of voice, abruptly announcing recesses, and walking off the bench in frustration and anger

Ordered Attorney Teresa Waldrop to his chambers for “a discussion” while the parties and other counsel

remained in the courtroom.

On entering his chambers, Judge Wells cursed and then continued to use profanity to express his

anger to Ms. Waldrop about the presentation of the case

At one point Judge Wells expressed that it would have been easier if Ms. Waldrop had come into his

chambers and “fussed at him,” continuing, “Then we could have rolled around on the floor and strangled each other…”
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits and Felons sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Clint by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
As we speak (ca. June 2022), Clint practices his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a 312th Family District Court Judge in Houston, Texas.
