Judge David Saucedo of Eagle Pass, TX; ethical dwarf

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Saucedo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly campaigned for his brother who was running for a position on the Eagle Pass Independent School District Board of Trustees
• Posted numerous posts on his Facebook page in support of his brother’s election campaign
• Improperly lent the prestige of his judicial office to advance the personal interests of his brother by publicly endorsing his brother’s candidacy

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary public warning.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Davey continues to sit as a Maverick County Judge in Eagle Pass, Texas.
