The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Kim Baggett guilty of the following misconduct.

• Refused to provide defendant copies of his court files
• Conditioned release of defendant court files upon his entering a plea
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to be competent in the law (moron)
• Failed be patient, dignified and courteous to litigants and others who appear in her court

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Judge Baggett by gifting her with a complimentary public warning.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Johnny continues to sit as a Travis County Court-at-Law No. 3 judge in Austin, Texas.
