Judge Carter Schildknecht of Lamesa, TX; anti Semite, repeater

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Carter guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in willful violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct
• Failed to be patient, dignified and courteous when dealing with litigant
• Cast public discredit upon the judiciary
• Referred to assistant DA Mr. Munk as a “New York Jew”

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Carter by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Carter’s First bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary admonishment for previously calling assistant DA Mr. Munk a “New York Jew.”

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Carter continues to sit as a 106^th Judicial District Court judge in Lamesa, Texas.
