Judge Carter Schildknecht of Lamesa, TX; bigoted Dumbo

The state of Texas presented Carter Tinsley Schildknecht with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Schildknecht guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Called Gaines County District Attorney Michael Munk a “New York Jew”
  • Held court from 1 pm on 07/02/14 until 4 a.m. the next day w/o giving litigants, attorneys, witnesses and court personnel any meal or bathroom breaks
  • Failed to comply with the law
  • Displayed lack of professional competence (Dumbo)
  • In open court, told a prosecutor with a beard “You look like a Muslim, and I wouldn’t hire you with it”
  • During court proceeding refused entry to prosecutor Munk by telling bailiff “Get him out of here” or “I don’t want to see his face”
  • Manifested religious and cultural bias

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Judge Schildknecht by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

In addition, the Commission ordered that Judge Schildknecht receive four hours of training in recognizing and eliminating explicit and implicit bias and/or prejudice. It is rumored, that she opted to attend the David Duke Institute for Bigots located in Mandeville, Louisiana.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Carter remains sitting as a Dawson County District Court judge in Lamesa, Texas.
